The Star

After the lightning comes the silence. The nudity of the figure is the first thing you notice. After the Tower, there is nothing left to hide. No masks, no armor, no facades. You are who you are, vulnerable and open, and that is exactly your strongest. The two jugs — one into water, one onto earth — show the flow between the subconscious and the conscious, between feeling and reality. What she pours nourishes both.

The large star at the center is often read as the star of hope. The seven smaller stars represent the seven chakras or the seven classical planets — depending on which tradition you ask. The bird in the tree is the ibis, sacred to Thoth, the Egyptian god of wisdom. The message: in this stillness after the storm lies not just recovery. Here lies wisdom. The kind of wisdom that only comes after you have walked through the fire.

Aquarius and the Element of Air

The Star is linked to Aquarius, the sign of innovation, community, and the idea that a better future is possible. Aquarius energy is visionary. It does not look back at what was, but forward at what could be. After the Tower, that is exactly the energy you need: not grief over what was lost, but a view of what now becomes possible.
